There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff – we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.
If everyone who saw this today donated $5, we would meet our goal for 2019.

Do you think Ezekiel's wheel should be removed from the engineer woo category, or Ufology added as a subcategory?
- I think you should stop adding categories to things given how well that went at Wikipedia - David Gerard (talk) 17:36, 28 December 2014 (UTC)
- Exiled Encyclopedist asked the same question on my talk page. I'll repeat my answer here: the description of Category:Engineer woo makes clear that it's for woo perpetrated by engineers, not woo concerning engineering, or anything that could be vaguelly connected to engineering. The Ezekiel's wheel article is in the category because a large portion of it concerns the work of Blumrich. The fact that he's a "NASA engineer" is often used to lend credence to his claims.--AndYourFoesShallRejoice... (talk) 20:14, 28 December 2014 (UTC)
